The management reserves the right to terminate the stay of any guest who does not comply with the rules and regulations listed below, in order to ensure the safety and comfort of everyone in the hotel.

• Children should never be left alone on balconies and must not climb on the furniture in the room.
• For the safety of children, they must be supervised in areas such as staircases and around the pool.
• For your own safety and comfort, please refrain from entering dining and beverage areas without shoes.
• It is inappropriate to enter restaurants in swimwear, bikinis, or beach shorts.
• Rooms are to be used exclusively for accommodation purposes. All guests staying in the room must be registered at the reception.
• Unregistered guests are not allowed to enter rooms or any other areas of the hotel. Additional charges will be applied to the account of the guest registered in the room for unregistered guests.
• Smoking and the use of hookahs are not permitted in the rooms. Special areas have been designated for smoking to ensure the comfort and health of all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
• Please avoid any behaviors that may cause noise and disturb other guests. Silence and respect are expected at all times.
• Harassment or disturbing behavior towards other guests is not tolerated.
• Alcohol is served only to guests aged 18 and above. Guests under 18 will be asked to provide identification, and alcohol will not be served to intoxicated guests or allowed in public areas. These rules are in place for the safety and comfort of all guests.
• The hotel is not responsible for the security of guests' personal belongings. In the event of loss or theft, the hotel management will not accept liability.
• It is recommended that valuable items be kept in the safes provided in the rooms. The hotel management does not accept liability for items that are not stored in the safes.
• Serenity Queen Hotel is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur beyond its control.
• Throwing any objects or trash from hotel windows or balconies may be dangerous for your safety.
• The use of lasers or similar devices within the hotel is not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed at Serenity Queen Hotel. This policy is in place to ensure the peace and safety of our guests. We appreciate your understanding.
• Various bins are provided throughout the hotel for paper, aluminum cans, glass, and plastics. Please use these bins to help us maintain environmental awareness.
